Good evening all, well it was abit of a hectic week,another 4 weeks to go and the Commonwealth Budget will be delivered. This means we can take abit of a break at work. Sarah has exams next week, so she's studying hard. Tashy's looking forward to school holidays next week and Paul and I are looking fwd to the short Easter break. We also have the ANZAC day public holiday the week after and may be driving to Dunedoo to see Paul's sister -Liz, who's husband is not well and is in hospital in Sydney for the next few weeks.

Well we cooked a french dessert tonight-Crème Caramel- (see above) for Tashy's French cultural awareness day on Tuesday. The dessert has to be tipped upside down on a plate and the caramel sauce drips over the custard-quite a decadent dessert really. Tashy's class will have fun trying it out!
